Roll down your tinted car windows and you just might see… the kid on the street who should be in school, the old man asleep on his cardboard bed outside 7-11, the huge pothole on the road that, sadly, has become more of a landmark than a real bother.
Take your earphones off for just a while and you might hear… the desperate sigh of a widow who can’t pay next month’s rent, the cry of a baby who has not eaten for days, the vehement shouts of a crowd not far away, yearning for truth and justice in the land.
Although we can’t do everything, we can do something. And although we can’t meet every need, we know a God who can, and who invites us to be His hands and His feet.
