Gathering at South City
We believe worship is something each of us as individuals must live out day-to-day. And yet, we also appreciate the benefits, and are grateful for the privilege, of being able to freely gather every weekend to worship God together with family and friends.
What to Expect
Combining traditions of the ancient church with creative, home-grown expressions of faith, a gathering at South City becomes a meaningful time of worship and a chance to rediscover timeless truths of Scripture taught in a way that is relevant to life today. The gathering runs for around 90 minutes and is an opportunity for connection, food, music, and a message that hopefully challenges us to live the life we were meant to live. In the gathering, we are invited to immerse ourselves in God, to hear and respond to His Word, and be sent out as His people.
You’ll also find…
• a casual atmosphere… where you can come as you are. Jeans are fine! But if you wanna get all dressed up, that’s fine too!
• you can relax and listen… you won’t be asked to stand, speak or bare your soul in front of an audience.
• a bunch of people just like you… who won’t bite, who won’t look at you from head-to-toe, but who are real and genuinely glad that you are here.
